Bishop Williams is a learned minister who is a ministerial graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and Seminary, in St. Paul, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication is from North Central University in Minneapolis.
